Wedding
It has been sometime since I wrote but here goes.
May was a busy month and saw me and Genie getting married on the 17th - an excellent day with the register office full of guests. Unfortunately I couldn’t invite those I would have wished due to so many family members, so instead they were invited to the reception. Nobody was more surprised when, after all the invites had been sent out RSVP and very very letters/emails/texts were recieved back, over a hundred appeared in total!
So a really BIG thankyou for everybody who attended, without whome it would have gone no wear near as well!
The gifts were fantastic and filled up our front room much to Genie’s delight - she was like a child when it came to opening them all!
The honeymoon (both Genie’s and mine’s first ever) went off superbly although I panicked a little on the crossing - hadn’t been on a ferry for some years. The Isle of Man was wonderful, the weather was good and we travelled all over the place.
